Walking concert
At three different locations in Parkland Oranjewoud, 21 musicians from the Far East, Central Asia and Middle East present themselves to the festival audience: pluckers at The Farm, strings at Oranjewoud Estate and horns at Oranjestein Orangery.
As a duo or solo, they tell their highly personal musical story on instruments such as the Korean daegum, the Chinese erhu or the Indian sarangi, spread across nine programs during eighteen half-hour mini concerts. Stroll from concert to concert and meet the world's top musicians from the East in an intimate setting. At the end of the day, attend the AtlasShow to hear all of the day's musicians in one hour.
