From house pianist of Podium Witteman to writer of Pil, from former comedian to speaker - Mike Boddé is someone who does not like to be caught. He studied music in America, Chinese in Leiden and attended the conservatory to become a composer. Many people were looking forward to his performance at Oranjewoud Festival in 2023, which was cancelled at the very last minute. But what is in the barrel does not spoil! That is why we are extra happy to present Mike at the festival after all. And he's not coming alone but with saxophonist Tom Beek. Tom feels just as at home in pop as he does in classical music, jazz and film music, and the duo will show it. A party in other words.
