Code of Conduct

All employees and tenants at Oranjewoud Festival are expected to agree to and abide by the Foundation's code of conduct Oranjewoud Festival . The code clearly defines the boundaries of good behavior and outlines the procedures for exceeding them. By employees we mean freelancers/zzp'ers, interns, temporary workers, secondees and volunteers, coordinators, workshop leaders and people working as creative and/or performing (stage) artists, support staff, directors and supervisors.
