Code of conduct

All staff members and concessionaires at Oranjewoud Festival are expected to agree to and comply with the Code of Conduct of the Oranjewoud Festival Foundation. The code clearly defines the boundaries of appropriate behavior and outlines the procedures to be followed in case of violations.

By “staff members,” we mean freelancers/self-employed workers, interns, temporary agency workers, seconded employees, and volunteers, as well as coordinators, workshop leaders, individuals working as creative and/or performing (stage) artists, support staff, board members, and supervisors.
