This performance is based on a fairy tale by Godfried Bomans: De Rijke Bramenplukker. This story is about an old blackberry picker who lives in a forest and is one with nature with all his senses. But it is also about an explorer and the people of a city who have nothing to do with nature. Theater maker Frank Groothof takes us into a musical performance about the beauty of nature, misunderstanding, miscommunication, greed and the question: what is wealth anyway?
