Oranjewoud Festival lasts only a few days a year. However, as many activities and performances take place in those days as some theaters do in an entire season, in venues that often have to be made on site. And then there are the multi-year projects and talent development programs. All of that takes a lot of preparation. That is why it is nice that we have a great team with enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff who do not rest until they are satisfied. Around the festival we get help from many dozens of volunteers who do a thousand and one important jobs and take care of the fantastic atmosphere.
