'Give a Toegift' stems from our mission to make classical music accessible to as many people as possible. Following the example of deferred coffee, a project in which coffee shops allow people to pay for an extra cup of coffee at checkout, which can be drunk later by someone with less financial means, we established the "deferred ticket.
How it works
When purchasing one or more festival tickets, visitors to Oranjewoud Festival are asked if you would like to purchase an extra ticket for someone who would like to attend a concert but cannot afford it. The extra tickets purchased in this way reach interested parties through the local Food Bank. So as a giver of a Toegift, you can rest assured that your donation will go to good use. The recipients are also assured of anonymity.
