Information

Accessibility

We strive to be an accessible festival. On this page you will find all details regarding the accessibility of the festival for visitors with certain disabilities. Do you have any questions or need assistance during your visit? Please do not hesitate to contact us. You can find the contact information at the bottom of this page.
Answers to your questions about directions and parking can be found here.

Timetable for people with mobility problems

Under the motto "Are you mobility impaired? We'll take you there' we have transportation at the festival for people with walking difficulties. A golf cart will drive back and forth between the entrance of Festivalhart de Proeftuin, the Salon Podium, Museum Belvédère and several other locations at the festival. There are stops where you can wait for the golf cart to take you.

The Over Garden

The festival box office and information desk at the entrance to the Overtuin on Lindelaan are wheelchair accessible. In the Overtuin, where Festivalhart De Proeftuin, Family Zone and Play Zone are located, there are mainly grass and dirt paths. These are difficult for wheelchair users to navigate. For people with mobility problems, we deploy golf carts. There are disabled toilets.

Park Landscape

The roads between the festival locations in Parkland Oranjewoud are paved. Do you have trouble walking longer distances or want to get around quickly? Then consider renting a bicycle.

Locations

In the description of each concert venue, you will find information about its accessibility for people with physical disabilities, which may include contact information to ask questions. A link to the venue is on each program page. An overview of all venues can be found here.

Dogs

ADL, epilepsy and PTSD assistance dogs are allowed everywhere. They must be leashed and identified as service dogs. Regular dogs are not allowed in the Overtuin. Dogs are allowed in the rest of Parkland Oranjewoud, but must often be leashed.

Food Allergies

The menu at Festivalhart De Proeftuin includes information for persons with certain food allergies or intolerances. Unsure if you can eat something? Then ask the provider what is included in the dishes.

Inform us

While we cannot guarantee 100% accessibility, we want to do our best to approach that as much as possible. Please help us by informing us in advance of your disability and needs. Do you come across something that deserves improvement, both in the provision of information and on site at the festival? Let us know. Together we will come a long way.
